Closed beta · Shopify → Klaviyo

Sync Shopify customer metafields to Klaviyo. Automatically.

Klaviyo's Shopify integration syncs tags, not customer metafields. MetaBridge maps the fields you choose to Klaviyo profile properties, backfills existing customers, keeps them in sync, and tells you when something fails.

Live proof: On metabridge-dev, loyalty_tier → Klaviyo custom property (internal verification: LIVE-KLAVIYO-PROOF). A merchant-facing screenshot is not published yet.

Today the options are workarounds

If you have more than a couple of custom customer metafields, this is for you. Whatever wrote the metafield (loyalty apps, quizzes, Flow, Matrixify, B2B, custom apps), it can land in Klaviyo. See why Klaviyo does not sync metafields, how it works, or request early access.

Map any customer metafield

Point each field at a Klaviyo custom property. Types carry over: dates stay dates, lists stay lists.

Backfill, then stay in sync

Existing customers sync on first connect. Ongoing changes keep profiles current.

Dry run first

See exactly what will change before anything writes to Klaviyo. Step 3 in how it works.

Failures are visible

Retries, a failed-sync inbox with the reason, and an email when something breaks.

Safe by default

Does not overwrite a filled property or delete anything unless you say so. See terms.

Reusable mappings

Save a mapping once, reuse it on the next store. Built for the person who clicks Install.

How it works

Install from Shopify

MetaBridge reads your customer metafield definitions. Closed-beta pilots use custom distribution; ask for an invite.

Pick fields

Name the Klaviyo custom property for each metafield you map.

Review the dry run, then turn on sync

Backfill existing customers, then stay in sync on every change. Questions: FAQ.

Early access pricing

Closed-beta pilots are invited and not charged. If MetaBridge launches paid billing, the planned early-access price is $29/mo. Founding stores are intended to keep that rate while they stay installed. A 14-day free trial is planned at App Store launch. See the refund policy and FAQ.

Get early access

Evan replies within two business days. We only collect your name, work email, and shop URL so we can reply about a closed-beta pilot.

Evan replies personally within two business days. This form opens your email app and sends to [email protected]. After you send, you can stay on the thank-you page. It does not set cookies or load analytics. MetaBridge reads only the metafields you later map in the app, uses email only to match Klaviyo profiles, and does not sell data. FAQ

Does Klaviyo already sync Shopify customer metafields?

No. Klaviyo's Shopify integration syncs tags, not customer metafields. That is the gap MetaBridge fills: you map the fields you choose to Klaviyo custom properties, then backfill and stay in sync. How it works. HubSpot contact properties are a later phase, not this closed beta.

What is safe mode?

By default MetaBridge does not overwrite a filled Klaviyo property or delete anything unless you say so. Review a dry run before live writes. More in the terms.

How do pilots install if this is not on the App Store?

Closed-beta pilots use Shopify custom distribution, not a public listing. Shopify limits that to one store, or stores in one Plus organization, per custom app. Request early access; Evan replies within two business days. See the terms.

What does it cost during closed beta?

Invited pilots are not charged. Paid billing is not live. If billing launches, the planned early-access price is $29/mo. Details on early access pricing and the refund policy.

What data do you collect?

This site collects only name, work email, and shop URL from the waitlist, with an explicit consent checkbox. The app reads the customer metafields you map and customer email as the Klaviyo join key. We do not sell data or run ads. Privacy · Cookies.
